  Bus delayed one hour. They did nothing to let anyone know. You have to call and their attitude is yea that happens your departure time is estimated. Deal with it. On ride back, my connecting bus was late getting in so I was in a rush to find my bus from philly to Baltimore. There were two buses parked. The one I got off of and one that said D.C. I asked a man in a megabus shirt if one of the buses was for Baltimore because I didn't know if the D.C. Bus was going there or maybe the bus I got off of, or a bus that hasn't come yet. He said yes and I asked which one. He pointed to the one the said D.C. Just to make sure I said even though it says DC? He flipped out and started screaming that he was the driver and how many times did he have to tell me it was going to Baltimore. He started ranting and raisin his voice like a crazy person so aggressively my friend was afraid to let me go. His reaction was way over the top and his eyes were glazy. I don't know if that has anything to do with it. But he was legitimately scaring me and then he started yelling about me to other people boarding.

  Sunday I took the Mega Bus up and back from Baltimore to New York. Both bus rides left on time and arrived on time. The loading process was easy and quick. I got there 15-20 minutes early for both so I was fine. Don't cut it close because they do leave right on time if they are running on time. Both drivers were nice and friendly when I said hi to them. I paid the $1 to reserve my seat and it was completely worth it. I sat upstairs in the front (no bathroom smell and pretty quiet). The bus temperature was fine. The ride was a bit bumpy at times from being up top but that was also fine. I was scared from reviews I read but the experience was more than pleasant, I would ride them again.
