  I purchased a snow blower from this dealer August 2011. It is under warranty until August 2014, 3 months away. The first 2 winters we did not receive any snowfall that allowed me to use my brand new cub cadet snow blower. This past year, 2013, I used it about 7 times and the chute control never properly worked and the very last snowfall it did not work at all. It is totally broken like it is not connected. The owner of Value Equipment is someone that does not give you any answers unless you pry it out of him. He is a very grumpy old mad. I work across the street from his business and I thought I would be better taken care of. I had the snow blower there for 5 weeks and they did not touch it due to lawn mower season. He told me he did not know if it was covered under warranty. No worthwhile answers from him. I will never purchase any items from this company. I recommend staying away. If you buy something with a warranty and no one wants to fix it, what good is the warranty?
